The site has details on the jurisdiction and rules of the Supreme Court. There are links to the websites of various courts in the country.

The Judgement Information System (JUDIS) – which consists of complete text of all reported judgements of Supreme Court of India from 1950 to till date – is available on subscription basis. The judgements of the High Courts of Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Orissa are also available on the site free of charge.

Also available are all Acts of Parliament from 1834 onwards, as applicable today.

2. Office of the Chief Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities

The site has news, a section spotlighting court cases, a useful section titled ‘Access For All’ which details external and internal design considerations such as signages, kerbs and crossings, parking, ramps, steps and stairs, handrails, doors, toilets, lifts, etc. Publications are also listed online.

3. National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi, India

Besides the composition of the Commission, the site has the Human Rights Act, 1993, Human Rights cases and important directions/statements (for instance, Orissa Starvation Deaths Proceedings dated 17th Jan, 2003). A newsletter is available in English and Hindi. One can also find research studies and projects, forthcoming events and publications, as well as important speeches and lectures on Human Rights and details of State Human Rights Commissions online. Also available is the UN Declaration on the Right and Responsibility. There is a complaint format, and a useful section on Human Rights courses for those who are interested.
